Arrival & Departure
Your apartment in Bad Kleinkirchheim is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.
All apartments in Bad Kleinkirchheim are equipped with bed linen & towels.
The kitchens of our apartments are well equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glasses, and tea towels.
Some of the apartments have a balcony. (Applies to all categories)
All apartments are equipped with a tiled stove/fireplace.
Due to fire safety regulations, the fireplace may only be used after attending a 15-minute training session (for a fee). Training takes place daily in winter and registration is required.
Bed and/or apartment preferences (Upper/Lower Kirchleitn) can only be specified with a direct booking and are assigned on an “availability on request” basis. The availability of the preferred apartment can therefore not be guaranteed.
You can park for free directly in front of the Slow Travel Resort Kirchleitn.
Sure, simply take the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) to Klagenfurt, Spital or Villach train station – from there, please book a train station shuttle service to our resort.
Check-in is possible 365 days a year, around the clock, conveniently ONLINE.
Please note that there is no reception on site and therefore an online check-in must always be carried out.
On the day of arrival, you will receive an email with the link for your mobile key card. Please keep this email safe and share it with your companions.
Your mobile phone uses this link to unlock your apartment and general areas such as the sauna and ski room.

Cuisine
We offer prices without catering. In the apartments you will find fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals.

No, smoking is prohibited in the apartments in Bad Kleinkirchheim. If disregarded, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

Resort guests are encouraged to deposit/pay a fully refundable deposit**** of €150.00 prior to arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided that no damage caused by the guest has occurred in the apartment or in public areas.
