Booking Conditions Slow Travel Resort Kirchleitn
Cancellation & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective rate description, the following conditions apply:
STANDARD PRICE
Free cancellation of your stay is possible up to and including 14 days before arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Our cancellation terms apply exclusively to the rental or accommodation price:
- From 13 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Different conditions apply for stays over Christmas and New Year:
- Free cancellation up to and including 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 100% of the total amount will be charged
- In case of no-show, unused nights, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Payment conditions:
A deposit of 25% is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card.
The balance must be paid no later than 13 days before arrival.
A deposit serves as a guarantee for your booking.
Important Notes:
To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you protect yourself with a „Hotel Cancellation Plus“ oder „Hotel Cancellation Premium“ travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the accommodation contract according to § 18 Para. 1 Z10 FAGG.
Package Travel Act Notice: If your booking is a package tour, the guidelines of the Package Travel Act apply.
