The preservation of our wonderful environment is very important to us. That’s why this consciousness already starts in our kitchen. For centuries, the rural cuisine of the Alpine region has been characterised by vegan food and vegan life.
We are reviving this tradition at the Slow Travel Resort Kirchleitn. Consciously prepared dishes made from purely plant-based ingredients are not only a gift to our health – they also connect us even more deeply with nature. Original vegan Carinthian dishes are interpreted in a modern way. Further we offer vegan fondue, Neapolitan or regional cuisine and, of course, vegan cola. In addition to our restaurants, there is the Kirchleitn Greisslerei for all those who prefer to swing the kitchen knife themselves and cook vegan dishes in their own Stubn kitchen. We offer our guests the opportunity to try something new and make a valuable contribution to the preservation of our environment.
