Where exactly is Kirchleitn?
In St. Oswald, part of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, right in the Nock Mountains Biosphere Reserve. The address is Rosennockstraße 13, 9546 Bad Kleinkirchheim.
How far is it to the gondola?
About 500 metres on foot to the Brunnach gondola, which takes you into the ski area.
Is there a reception?
No, and that’s on purpose. You check in online before you arrive, and on arrival day your key lands on your phone. It opens your apartment, the sauna and the ski room. Everything’s ready for you from 4 pm.
Do I have to cook?
Yes, we don’t have a restaurant. But every apartment has its own kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and the Greisslerei (village shop) at the village entrance has bread, cheese and eggs from Carinthian farms every day from 8 am to 10 pm.
Where do I park?
Right outside the village, free of charge. No cars drive into the village itself, so you carry your luggage the last few metres.
Can my dog come?
Yes, very happily. Up to two dogs per apartment, and you’ll see the dog fee when you book.
Is the Kärnten Card included?
In summer, yes. In 2026 it’s valid from 4 April to 1 November. It gets you onto lots of mountain lifts and into lots of attractions across Carinthia.
