The semester break is the only one that varies by federal state. Carinthia has it in the second week of February, Vienna in the first.

When is the 2027 semester break in Carinthia?

From 8 to 13 February 2027, together with Burgenland.

When do the 2027 summer holidays start?

In the east on 3 July, in Carinthia and the western states on 10 July 2027.

Is there a minimum stay during the holidays?

Seven nights over Christmas and New Year, otherwise the booking shows the figure for your dates.

Is there a reception?

No, and that’s on purpose. You check in online before you arrive, and on arrival day your key lands on your phone. It opens your apartment, the sauna and the ski room. Everything’s ready for you from 4 pm.
