Kirchleitn im Winter mit Straße von oben

New Year’s Eve in the mountainsKirchleitn Bad Kleinkirchheim

Into the new yearin a wooden house

No countdown. Just stars you can actually see up here.

No ballroom,no countdown

You spend the last evening of the year however you like. Dinner from your own kitchen, kids determined to stay up till midnight who fall asleep on the sofa at ten, snow outside the window and the tiled stove keeping everything warm.

We don’t do a New Year’s Eve programme. On New Year’s morning you walk to the gondola, or you just stay in bed.

Questions

What youwant to know

How long do I have to stay over New Year?

At least seven nights if you arrive between 27 and 30 December. The booking shows the exact figure for your dates.

Is there a New Year’s Eve programme?

No. You celebrate in your apartment, or with friends in a whole house.

Can we come with several families?

Yes. Whole houses are available for up to 24 people, best to ask us directly.

Is there a reception?

No, and that’s on purpose. You check in online before you arrive, and on arrival day your key lands on your phone. It opens your apartment, the sauna and the ski room. Everything’s ready for you from 4 pm.

Do I have to cook?

Yes, we don’t have a restaurant. But every apartment has its own kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and the Greisslerei (village shop) at the village entrance has bread, cheese and eggs from Carinthian farms every day from 8 am to 10 pm.
