A car-free mountain village of old wooden houses, right in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area. Every apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and tiled stove, so couples, families and friends stay separately and still together.

There is no reception and no restaurant. Your guests cook in their kitchen or eat in town, and they carry their luggage the last few metres from the coach. Those who know this in advance book precisely because of it.
From January 2027 we cook for groups on request. We serve a farm-to-table breakfast on request, with produce from Carinthian farms.

Kirchleitn has 62 apartments. For large groups we combine with the neighbouring village of Beim Oswald, about 200 m away.

No. Kirchleitn is car-free, coaches and cars stop at the car park just outside the village. You carry your luggage the last few metres.
No. Every apartment has its own kitchen, and the village shop at the entrance is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. From January 2027 we cook for seminars and celebrations on request, and we serve a farm-to-table breakfast on request.
